Music For Your Wedding

Music For Your Wedding

Before the ceremony begins, there can be fifteen to forty-five minutes of music. This time allows the guests to be seated. It can also be the time of lighting the candles, rolling out the carpet, and last, but certainly not least, the seating of grandparents and the mothers. Music that is soothing and unobtrusive sets the tone for this special day. You may prefer to have instrumental soloists–trumpet, harp, flute–or a string quartet and/or vocalist during this time.

Many officiants have a list of what music is acceptable for all parts of the ceremony.
